WHO WE ARE
At R.O.O.T.S. Reentry Services, we believe a person’s past should not determine the rest of their future. Our mission is to provide structured reentry support, workforce development, and stability-focused resources for individuals transitioning back into society, especially in underserved rural communities.
We exist to close the gap between release and real opportunity.
Too often, individuals returning home face overwhelming barriers:
* Limited job opportunities
* Unstable housing
* Lack of transportation
* Food insecurity
* Limited support systems
* Difficulty rebuilding confidence and independence
Without support, many are pushed back into survival cycles instead of given a fair chance to succeed.
R.O.O.T.S. was created to change that.

Why Rural Communities Matter
Many reentry programs are concentrated in larger cities, leaving rural communities with limited support services and fewer opportunities for individuals returning home.
R.O.O.T.S. is committed to serving rural communities by building partnerships that create real pathways to stability, employment, and personal growth close to home.
We believe community restoration begins by investing in people.
